A group calling itself "Royal Kako Ladies" has been inducted with a formal ceremony at Mankessim in the Mfantseman Municipality of the Central Region following the statutory requirement of the group.
In attendance at the inauguration ceremony held at Mankessim were many personalities gracing the short ceremony with their presence and support making it a remarkable one.

The Okyeame Budu Branch Chairman for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Chairman Emmanuel Coffie in his remarks showed gratitude for the decision being taken to bring the group into existence.
"I expressed my profound gratitude to the leaders for the group’s establishment as Royal Kako Ladies has come to stay for the welfare of its members".
He urged members to do their best to safeguard the purpose for which the group was formed.
At the inauguration, Hon Aliu Ibrahim Gambo popularly known as 'The Action Man', General Manager for a Mankessim-based radio station, Obrumankoma FM also called on the members of the Royal Kako Ladies to understand, respect, cooperate and keep the mutual trust following the statutory requirement of the royal group.
Hon Gambo noted that, "in unity, the members of this group shall be poised to fly the flag of Royal Kako Ladies high."
Speaking to NewsAfricaGh's Kwame Addex, the Vice Chairman for the Mankessim Kako Association, Mr Ebo Sey also outlined some challenges that may face the formation of the group. He called for continued support and contributions to outdo such cankers.
Mankessim Kakohemaa, Nana Francisca Aidoo in her address also highlighted the power of the group in the role of fostering unity and love within the community to members of the Royal Kako Ladies.
