Statement of Appreciation to the Registrar General of Ghana
On behalf of the Ghana National Network of Special Educators, I extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Registrar of Companies Mrs. Jemima Oware, for her exceptional service and swift action in resolving a critical issue we encountered in our registration records.
Recently, we identified an anomaly in the form of a duplicate organization name in the records of the Registrar General's Department. This duplication could have led to significant confusion and potential legal challenges, hindering our mission to support special educators across Ghana.
Upon noticing this error, we reached out to the Registrar General's office seeking urgent assistance. The response we received was not only swift but also marked by a high level of professionalism and efficiency. The Registrar Of Companies personally oversaw the process, ensuring that the duplicate organization name was removed promptly, thereby safeguarding our unique identity and legal standing.
This action reflects the Registrar General's commitment to excellence and her dedication to supporting companies in navigating the complexities of legal registration. It is a testament to her leadership and the efficiency of her office.
We are deeply grateful for this prompt resolution and wish to publicly acknowledge the Registrar Of Companies' dedication to service. Her actions have significantly benefited our organization and, by extension, the special education community in Ghana.
Thank you for upholding the highest standards of service and for your unwavering support.
Sincerely,
Signed
Maame Pokua Boakye
